We began our journey in the estate business as resellers, so we gained a lot of initial experience from shopping at thrift stores, antique malls, flea markets, and estate sales. Unfortunately, we have witnessed too many estate sale companies practically give away other people's extremely personal possessions without considering the best interest of the family. After years of researching and learning best practices, we experienced a life tragedy. Our precious baby boy passed away from pediatric cancer unexpectedly and it changed our lives. We couldn't bear to look at his belongings, so we had to let someone else come into our home and clean out his belongings. We then understood estate sales on another level that most other companies have never experienced. This tragic loss that we have experienced has made us more compassionate towards those who are grieving the loss of their loved ones who have passed away.
